In, 2004, we realized that our auto detailing company, Auto West Custom Detailing, was expanding and therefore needed the proper technology in place in order to help us streamline our efforts in continuing to providing our clients with our superior products and services. Computer Problem Solvers evaluated our system setup and made several suggestions which included setting up a wireless network, custom database for tracking and managing our client’s information as well as expanding on our current marketing efforts. They developed an impressive website and marketing campaign in order to assist in our efforts to reach new clients. Computer Problem Solvers maintains our systems remotely which works out really well since our technicians are out in the field most days and are not always available for an in-person visit. In 1993 I met Elaina Smith when she walked into my office. She needed a P.O. Box. It just so happened that at that moment I was experiencing a problem with my then one computer. She offered to help. I was amazed at the speed in which she solved the problem I was having. Ever since then she has treated me as though I was her biggest client. Over the years Computer Problem Solvers has solved many computer related issues for me. They setup a wireless computer network system in my own home. They put in place a security system on my business computers as well as my home network system that allows me to be secure in knowing my data is safe. In late 2006 CPS helped our company setup our proprietary Point of Sales (POS) system. CPS collaborated with our POS software provider and configured a computer system that met the POS software company’s program requirements. They also setup our other proprietary hardware components. Thank you, Prior to retaining the services of Computer Problem Solvers in June 2001, we were experiencing numerous problems with our computer network systems.
